Advocating for the professions has always been a priority for our show, and we’ve often looked at it from a membership and political perspective.

But the younger generation is making their impact in a different way.

Today we’ll introduce you to Jason Bolt, CRNA, who has grown a big following across social media under the name Bolt CRNA. You might have seen him on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and even Tik-Tok, and he uses these different social media channels to engage fellow CRNAs and educate those aspiring to join the profession. It’s not your traditional form of advocating, but it’s becoming much more common.
