Over the past decade, it seems like generational differences have really been accentuated. Maybe it’s the rapid advancements in technology or the rise of social media, but words like ‘Boomer’ and ‘Snowflake’ have become a part of our vernacular.
So much of what makes us different is often looked at as a negative, but what if we spent more energy learning about what makes each generation unique and the reasons why we think the way we do?
That’s what Erin Martin, CRNA, DNP, is the Program Director at the Mayo Nurse Anesthesia Program is trying to help us accomplish on this episode of Beyond the Mask. She has a tremendous grasp on the challenges and the opportunities that exist for CRNAs and SRNAs.
